No information showing for the tracking number.

i ordered on DHgate and it’s been two months since i got the tracking number but it doesn’t show information for the number. My tracking number is LY657702665CN.

Hi Ashlee34,

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reason is the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.

You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.

Which information is correct ? How can it show on two different days that it is leaving for overseas and then it says arriving at Guangzhou !!
