no package

I ordered a package April 21, it's currently August and I still have no package. The tracking history says its at this facility since May 12th and has not moved since. Will I be receiving my package? if so, when? My tracking number is LS324649093CN

Hi Lissie,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the US. As it has been over three months, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund.
