There were no updates on parcel since 9 November, the status is "Airlines receives". How can I get un updated when parcel will arrive and why it is not moving for 9 days.

It's understandable to be concerned when tracking stops updating for several days. "Airlines Received" generally means your package has been handed over to an airline for transportation from the origin country to the destination country. A lack of updates for 9 days is common at this stage, as packages are often not scanned again until they arrive in the destination country and clear customs. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
