No tracking update on package for two months

Hi, my package LE099893690CN has been in transit since 2nd March. Has it been returned to the sender or is something wrong?

Hi Leila,

It's not returned back. It has left China and is in transit to New Zealand now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. You'd better wait for another 10 days to see if there is any update.

Hi there I ordered a package from Paint with Diamonds back in MARCH 2020, the last update I got was May 14 that it was still in shanghai, according to “shop” app. It has been almost 2 months since update, and almost 5 months total from when I purchased (when their website said allow 15-30 days!!!) and I’m really starting to worry!
