No update on package since 7/31

The last update was on 7/31/20 saying my package was received by the airline. It has been 3 weeks now. Is there any sort of update available for my package? Thank you

Hi Emily K,

There is no update for it at present. It was delivered by airline on July 31 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

This tracking last update was 8/15/21 and then no update for few day as now.
This tracking last update showed as:
2021-08-15 19:14 上海市, 已交承运商运输
This tracking has not even show any update of custom clearance.
The other tracking usual show update in few day as:
航空公司接收/航空公司启运/飞机进港
But this tracking has not show any of this usual update after 8/15/21.
Please contact the transport agency/carrier to identify the matter for this tracking of package.
