My parcel EV012120601CN has been stuck at "Departure from Regional Sorting Center" since 25 February.
Please advise what is going on. It is an unreasonable amount of time for it to be blamed on the current pandemic measures when parcels that have been posted later than this one have already reached me.

My package is in the same situation.. since 2022-03-01 in this status without moving.
It's still stuck in Guangzhou now. It's delayed due to the coronavirus in Guangzhou. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If it's stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
