Hi Omar,

It has left China and is still in transit to Saudi Arabia now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. As it has been over two months, it's not normal. Better contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

Hi there I ordered a package from Paint with Diamonds back in MARCH 2020, the last update I got was May 14 that it was still in shanghai, according to “shop” app. It has been almost 2 months since update, and almost 5 months total from when I purchased (when their website said allow 15-30 days!!!) and I’m really starting to worry!
