No updates

Hello, I hope you’re well. I have two parcels coming from China but for over two weeks there’s been no updates. I’d just like to know if it’s stuck in China etc and how much longer may be?

Hi Mika,

They have left China and are in transit to Australia now. You can not know the exact situation when they are in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing they arrive. Please wait for more days to see.
