hi, my package EB714166018CN to Italy has been stuck in guanzhou, received by sorting center (GuangDongShengGuangZhouShi 51040034) since March 5, an other tracking says ‘airline departure’ on March 13.
I’ve had no updates in over two months, the seller just tells me ‘it’s in transit’.. could you please tell me something more? where’s my package? is such a delay normal even with the coronavirus issues? will I receive it? is it lost? what I should do?
