No updates on my package- just "in transit"

The seller mailed the package on April 7- tracking #LY113092184CN
I was told to expect the item sometime between April 9 - May 4. It is now May 14 and I still don't have the package. Is there anyway to get an update on where it is now?

Hi Francine,

There is only 'Logistics order created' shown in tracking information for it because the seller just created the order on April 7 but hasn't shipped it. You need to push the seller to ship the package immediately.
