As i know, When the parcel left China. The tracking number will update to Delivered To Airlines or something like this.
In my case do you mean my parcel shipped from china by transit to the middle Country and then Forwarded from this country to Israel By transit?

It has left China and is in transit to Israel now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
