Hi Trinity,
I understand your frustration—waiting almost 60 days with no tracking updates since February 3rd is stressful. The good news is that this situation is actually quite common for international shipments from China, and it doesn't necessarily mean your package is lost.
Why Your Tracking Stopped Updating
Based on your tracking history, your package (ZA04902582001) departed Hong Kong (HKG) on February 3rd. The lack of updates since then is likely due to one of these reasons:
1. International transit gap — When packages travel by sea or air freight between countries, there are no scanning points during the actual journey. Your package may be on a vessel or awaiting processing at a US sorting facility .
2. Customs clearance delay — International shipments often experience delays during customs inspection, which can take days or even weeks without tracking updates .
3. Missed scan at handoff — When a package transfers from China Post to the USPS system, the scan can sometimes be missed or delayed, creating a gap in tracking visibility .
What You Can Do Now
1. Check USPS directly
Since your package is heading to the US, the USPS system may have more current information than China Post. Visit usps.com and enter your tracking number ZA04902582001 .
2. Contact the seller
The sender may have additional information or could initiate an inquiry with China Post on your behalf .
3. File a missing package claim
Since your package has had no movement for over 30 days (international standard), you may be eligible to file a claim. Start with the seller or marketplace where you purchased the item .
Important Note
International shipping from China to the US can take 2 to 8 weeks under normal circumstances . While 60 days is on the longer side, delays during customs clearance or due to shipping backlogs are not uncommon .
If you've already contacted the seller and checked USPS without success, please reply with:

Best regards.
