Not received my Package even after two months.

China Post Tracking says it is delivered. But to date, I have not received my package.
I have inquired with Canada Post as well. They have completed their thorough investigation and confirmed that there is no such package entered into Canada from China with the tracking number given.
How can China Post help me getting to know where it has been delivered?
The supplies say If China Post can confirm that the package is lost or returned then only they can refund full money.
Any help in appreciated on this.

I have seen many packages with the tracking number starting with A couldn't be delivered to the right address. It may be a scam and was delivered to some other place. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
