It says that my package was delivered. I don't know to whom because it was not me. I use informed delivery from the USPS, and I NEVER received any type of notification stating that there was a package to be delivered. I believe this is a scam.

I’ve ordered many items from China (eBay). They’ve been shipped by different companies. Some of the packages I’ve received in less than a month, while most of packages are still in transit. The issue is this packages are close to estimated delivery time, or have already passed it. Based on that it seems like a chance of not receiving international shipment is much bigger than receiving it, as most of the items have not arrived yet. Is it safe to say I wasted my time waiting for it, or will it just come after a delay. How big delay should I expect at maximum before giving up.

The past two months I have been receiving 3 small packages with articles I never bought. I’m worried about the money that has been taken away from my debit card, without my permission. Cause I never buy for rose.
