"NULL" location and "In transit" status

What does "null" mean because it is listed as the item's location? The status comes up as "in transit", does that mean that the item will still arrive?

Hi sadairodz,

Yes, it will still arrive although there is null for location. The destination sometimes couldn't be recognized in the tracking system. It doesn't affect the delivery of the package.
