Number missing. sent a package from Canada to Higuey Dominicacan Republic.

I sent a package to SDQ 659557 Leescaren Rodriguez 2250 NW 114th Avenue Ste 1A Miami Florida 33192-4177. Ph# 1-829-320-8926. Now I have forgotten to write the 659557 number on the package. Canada post tracked it delivered to this Miami Location. But it has no way to get to Higuey without this number. Can you help please.

I had a parcel delivered through you guys to Canada (tracking number LZ336495791CN). It says delivered Oct 20th/2020 through Canada Post but I never received this package. I called them and they said that you have to submit a request to them about the missing package? Please let me know what to do with this. This was a gift for my husband and i am very sad that i am having to do this to get what i paid for.
