I am trying to follow up on Order AM705976967CN, which was last noted as "in transit with the destination country" (the US) on February 18th. It passed through customs on January 15th and was giving regular updates, but there hasn't been anything since; is there any information regarding its current location and its expected delivery date? It's lost. In this case, you need to contact the seller to reflect problem and require a refund or ask for a re-delivery as soon as possible.

Hi, my package was shipped on February 3 and doesn't appear to have moved from Beijing International Mail Processing Center since from the February 11 to February 22. Same procedure all the time (11 days).The package is in transit for 20 days. Is this normal? Tracking number is RV540984417CN.
