Hi Eisabetta,

The reason may one of them:
1. It doesn't support tracking as it's a cheap service of China Post.
2. The sender just give you the tracking number first but China Post hasn't got it.

I placed an order thru Compantle (order # LA1453090) on April 25, 2021 it says the order was scanned in on 5/13/2021 at the United States Secondary Processing Center and it hasn't moved can you tell me why?
