Hi Mike dizzle,

It has left China on Dec. 18 and is in transit to the US now. It usually takes about 30-60 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, please contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution.

Hi there, my order was shipped in June 20, stating
China, International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada. But since then it has not changed or updated in anyway. Has my package been lost? I’m not sure what my next steps should be. The tracking number is LL436387667CN.
