Ordered over a month ago, still no tracking info

I ordered something on May 3, the seller said I should have it by now but I don't even have any tracking info on it. Tracking number is LZ842248872CN.
Is my package coming?

Hi Rylan Dueck,

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reason is the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.

You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.
