Hi, all of my packages have been in preparing shipping for a long time now, some have been like that over a month. Does anyone know what’s going on with my packages? Any info is helpful, some of the goods are expensive and I don’t know what’s the hold up. Thank you. Tracking numbers

Hi Daisy, you responded to my previous question. I am not sure what you meant by saying that package tracking number EB716087349CN “didn't pass the check and returned back now. It wil be checked again and sent. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal.” Daisy, does this mean that the package didn’t pass customs and is being shipped back to the shipper,

EB716087349CN didn't pass the check and returned back now. It wil be checked again and sent. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal.
For other packages, some are still in transit in China now, some have left China and are en route the US. Few of them which only have 'Logistics order created' shown in tracking information means the seller just created the order but hasn't shipped it. You need to contact the seller to push him send as soon as possible.
