Package has been stuck origin post is preparing shipment for 3 days.

So my package has been stuck at this "preparing" stage for 3 days and im wondering why is it taking so long to ship out.
Destination message: Origin Post is Preparing Shipment -> We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece.

Origin message: Chongqing, Chongqing International Processing Center has been exported directly sealed
