Origin Post is Preparing Shipment

Hi so my package has said “Origin Post is Preparing Shipment” for almost 26 days now and I haven’t had any updates since 8-13-20 which was “ SUVARNABHUMI MAIL CENTRE, Departure From Outward OE” , should I be worried. I contacted seller and he said my packages should be awaiting scan at US customs. Wish to hear back as soon as possible.

Hi Ralph15,

It's in transit to the US now. There is no tracking information when it's in the middle locations. You'd better wait for more days to get update showing it arrives in the US.
