What's the courier for this package, I couldn't find any tracking information for it.

Latest tracking information shows it's planned to leave China on Sep. 26. You'd better contact the recipient in China call China Post service number 11183 to further check it.

but we don't understand why it keeps saying the following:

Why does it keep saying returned to a regional sorting center?
And what can we do on our end to make sure we either get our package back or the customer gets their package soon?
Please help us sort this out.

It's on the way back to UK now.

My packages from the United States have been shown as being held in Beijing customs since November 26,2019 but we have not received any further information as to where or why. Would you be able to assist with locating them or provide a phone number to call? Tracking numbers are CH082328475US and CH082329816US both shipped by United States postal service.
