Hi Sayani mondal,

China Post tried to deliver it to the reciever in China but failed because the receiver is not at the address yuo written or he/she could't be connected. You'd better contact the receiver and let him/her call China Post service number 11185 (then 8 for English service) to confirm his/her address and then deliver it again if it's still in China now.
