Sir, I have a parcel which has came from India that has Number of ER002774405IN/6982002774405, has been their at the post office since last two days. I would like to inform you that I am not in the city due to work.So kindly update my contact number of office 28330995, 28330996. And deliver that too on my given office address on the parcel.

It's retained by the customs of Guangzhou. You need to call China Post service number 11183 (then 8 for English service) to ask how to get it.
