I HAVENT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE IT SAID ITS IN A FACILITY IN MY LOCAION BUT I DONT KNOW EXACTLY WHERE NO NEW TRACKING # ; NO CARRIER NAME NOTHING WHERE ITS THE PACKAGE OR A NEED MY REFUND NO ONE GIVE A RESPONSE OF IT

You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to check where it is. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
