Hi there, the status of my parcel is saying delivered lastnight at 11.21 pm but it hasn’t been delivered to me at my address or isn’t at my neighbours either. The address is correct so I want to know where my package is please. As I’m sick and tired of this happening. This is probably the 3rd or 4th package I have t received from your company. Where do these parcels go? As it’s not fair on the person who has spent good hard earned money on these things for them not to get delivered it’s bullshit. Be better.
I would like a return email asap please.
