Hello, I have gotten this message from Global post: Based on the latest scan, the package is currently being held at customs in the destination country, awaiting payment of duties and taxes before it can be released for final delivery. To expedite the process, I highly recommend reaching out to China Post, as they will be able to guide you on how to settle the duties and taxes required.

It's waiting for the receiver to pay for the tax now. The receiver can use WeChat to finish payment. Just search 'ems 邮件代理报关' from WeChat Mini Program（微信小程序). Then, click '缴纳税款' to finish payment.
