Package blocked since July 29 (as shown by tracking) EW500164895IT What should I do?? It's a returned goods! I need to receive a refund. I don't have an invoice, it's a purchase with paypal. I only have a purchase receipt! I paid for a shipping label with Poste Italiane and the package is blocked with China Post since July 29, 2024.
