Package delivered to wrong address

Hi there,

It says package CP528924738CN was delivered on the 15th January. On the Royal Mail tracking I can see it was delivered to some place in London, whereas I live in Edinburgh (completely different cities) so I assume the seller put the wrong address on the item. Can you please advise?

Hi,
I placed this order from a seller via DHgate & it should have been delivered to my address 31 Archer Drive, Cheswick Green, Solihull, B90 4LG, UK, however it was delivered on 11th June via Royal Mail to a wrong address in UK, the seller has closed his store more than 2 weeks ago & I can not contact him by any means, I appreciate if you can help, at least I want to know if he has given you my address & accordingly it is the fault of Royal mail to deliver the parcel to a wrong address, or the seller gave you a wrong address & in that case, I can get refunded by DHgate.

Why my package was delivered to wrong address in wrong coutry? Destination country was Slovakia, but packade qas delivered to Slovenia!!!!

I paid for goods that were not delivered due to an error on your part! The sender sent me a shipping label with the correct address on it.
