Package delivered to wrong place?

I use 17 track app to track packages. I had a notification come across yesterday. It was delivered to Mesa, Arizona and I live in Topeka, Kansas. I don't if it's my package or if I received someone else's notification.
The tracking number is- LY203911077CN

Hi Stephen Anderson,

You need to contact the seller to ask if the tracking number is right. The seller may give you a tracking number of another customer. If the number is right, he may filled the address by mistake. If all are right, you need to contact USPS to reflect the problem and check it for you as soon as possible.

Hi there,

It says package CP528924738CN was delivered on the 15th January. On the Royal Mail tracking I can see it was delivered to some place in London, whereas I live in Edinburgh (completely different cities) so I assume the seller put the wrong address on the item. Can you please advise?
