Package delivery issue

I was wondering could i get assistance on a package delivery issue. It says my package is delivered but is nowhere to be found when i go look for it outside.

Hi Malik Goggins,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation to check it for you. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

According the the latest update on Amazon, it stated that China Post ran into an issue when attempting our delivery. That was on December 30th. We haven’t heard anything else. I checked with the tracking number through your site and it states it’s In Kentucky, not Florida. Can you please inform me of what is going on with my order? This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for a 9 year old.
