Package destination mistake

Where is my package? the track number is LO925891775CN
It has been very long since it was picked up, however no info has been updated. I am worried because it says the destination is Israel, however, I'm located in South América.

Hi Javiera,

The destination country for LO925891775CN is Israel. You need to contact the seller to ask if he gave you the wrong tracking number or filled the country wrongly on the package lable.

My package has been sent to the wrong destination country by epacket. How can I fix this issue so that my package can be sent to the US? Will the mistake be noticed by those at the Japan post office? My tracking label works in the USPS system but it says label created not yet in system. Also none of the customer service phone numbers have worked for me.
