Package from America to Germany somehow ended in China

My friend send me a present for Christmas. She is from America and it was supposed to arrive in Germany a month ago. I saw that it somehow ended up in China. Please send me the package. She put a lot of work into the present she said.

The tracking number is: LH186544248US
Please help me. Thank you.

Hi C.Broer,

It has left China in January and is in transit to Germany. As it has been a long time that you still don't get it, you'd better contact USPS to check it for you.

Someone in Portugal shipped me a package (to the USA where I live in California) on February 3rd. Unfortunately, the shipper accidentally missed one number on my zip code (the address was correct though) and the package traveled around California for several weeks then ended up in China. I am trying to figure out where it is and when it will make it to me in the USA or at least get returned to sender so they can reship it.
