Where is my package?

Hi I ordered a package in the beginnng of October 2020 and it has been shipped to America, but the status has said “in America” since 10/29/2020. Amazon said it would arrive by 11/27/2020 the latest. It is still not here. My tracking number is AS685342866CN. Please let me know if it is lost or what to do now.

It's stuck at somewhere in the US now. You need to contact Amazon or the seller to give you a solution about this as soon as possible.
