My package has been stuck on "export clearance success" for 5 days. And another oddity is that it is going from China to America, but the tracking says that it arrives in America, but went back to China shortly after. Any idea what to do or when to expect an update?

On dhgate tracking it says has arrived in the us and is at JFK but says export customs clearance? Is that normal? Also is it normal to not have movement after this? First time doing dhgate. Thank you!
