I found it left China on Dec. 18 and not arrives UK now. It's sent by China EMS, it's a fast service which should arrive within 15 days. There must be some delay on the way.

Tracking result:
2016-12-18 03:05 --Delivery Agent - GUANGZHOU - PTT, Despatched to the UK
2016-12-17 18:20 --Delivery Agent - CHINA, Collected
