The package has been in Cyprus since June 23. It was delivered to the addressee but refused by him/her. It was then on the return way to the sender since July 1. The latest update shows it was in Guangzhou Exchange Bureau on July 14th and stuck there. You'd better call 86 20 11185 (then press 8 for English service) if you are outside China to contact China Post to solve the problem. In China, call 11185 (then press 8 for English service) directly.

Yes. The seller doesn't receive it now. The package returned is usually processed very slow.

The package will not be returned back to you in Cyprus except after the seller gets it and send it again to you.
