It is now 10 April 2020, the tracking information on my package has been "Handed over to airlines" for 15 days. Is it possible to determine and notify me as to what the hold up is with the package at the airline?

It has now been an additional two weeks. The item in question was handed over to the airline/air transport nearly a full month ago. There has been no update and no information given to why it is taking so long for this package to arrive or get an update. Please let me know what is going on.

You'd better wait for another 10-20 days to see if there is any update. Most of the packages sent to the US are delayed due to the coronavirus.

It has been 52 days since I have placed my order, and the status is still showing "Handed Over to the Airline for Transportation" for the past 40 days. What is the hold up????????? Virus or no virus, that package should have been to me by now. It has had time to leave China, 10 day waiting period, and circled the globe multiple times. Please get this matter resolved ASAP and update the system or refund us the money for the packages that seem to be lost.

My package shipped back in May on the 20th and has maintained the status of "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" since June 2nd. No updates since then and I just want to know if it got lost in transit. Tracking is RV439168025CN
It was delivered to air transport on March 27 and takes about 7-10 days to leave China. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about another 15-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to see.
