Package has been in transit for almost 2 months now

Is my package lost?

I ordered my package at the end of January & it didn't get shipped until the middle of March. It's been in transit for a while & all I see is it keeps going from Chinese facility to the next. On EMS it says the status is "Arrive at the processing center of China Post Express Logistics Co., Ltd. Henan General Aviation Mail Processing Center (transit)" what does this mean? Will my package leave China anytime soon?

My package LY225711470CN has been in transit for 31 days and I haven’t been updated in 11 days on the tracking page, should I try to get my money back or what?? I want the products but I ordered them back in April .
