I ordered my laptop on May 18, 2020. the package has been in transit for over 2 months now. does it always take this long for packages to be shipped to another country?

Hi ammar45,

Many package sent to Canada during May are greatly delayed. To my experience, there should be update showing it arrives in middle August, you'd better wait for more days to see if there is any update. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

I have placed an order from china and within 20 days it arrived at the Korea post office but it has been more than a month I didn't receive my package but the tracking system says (successfully delivered) it has to be delivered in Pakistan and now the seller doesn't support my replies can someone tell me anything about it

Order was placed on June 27, 2019. It has not arrived till this day and the seller wants to keep the money. How can he keep the money when I have not received the package. Its October 23, 2019. Almost 4 months in transit thats completely not acceptable. I want the seller to return the funds. 4 months and it has not arrived to my door step is not acceptable.
