Package has not been shipped from facility

I am inquiring about my package LY694418015CN. It has been sitting in your facility since March 24, 2021, and has not been shipped. This package was supposed to be expressed mail in which I have paid for and still have not received the items that I purchased. Can you please give me an update as to when I should expect my package from you all because it has been almost a month and I have paid for 7-10 delivery services.

Hi lisa2mk,

It's sent by e-packet. e-packet is slow at present. It usually takes about 20-40 days to reach the US after it was received by airline. There will be update when it arrives. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

AG910839292CN My package said is departed ems facility in Compton 90220 a week ago. I need to know if it shipped by rail and if it made it to its destination. There have been train robberies near that area so it is important that the method of transport is found out and if it hasn’t been scanned at it’s arrival facility please and thank you.
