package has not moved in 12 days

Hi. My order number is AS203094096CN.
I ordered a package on SHEIN on December 26 and it says that it has been shipped and is out of the warehouse in Canada however it has not arrived or had any movement and it has been 12 days. Can you please help me out it is very important I get this package.
