Package has not moved in 28 days

My package (RV391150181CN) has not moved in 28 days. Where is my package please and why is it stuck?

Hi Amy,

It's in transit Ireland now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered to air transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hi I have a package that is has in transit for 61 days and it has not moved for the past almost 40 days. Can you please tell me what is going on? I can't imagine why it hasn't moved in that amount of time. Tracking is AS437296582CN.
