What is going on with my package? CP394160917CN It has been stuck with the same info since June 19th.

Hi Finn,

It's still on the way to Canada now. It should be there recently and there will be further update when it arrives.

Hi I have a package that is has in transit for 61 days and it has not moved for the past almost 40 days. Can you please tell me what is going on? I can't imagine why it hasn't moved in that amount of time. Tracking is AS437296582CN.
