I Have my package in the same stat "2023-03-28 19:45 Aircraft entering the port" for over two months, What can I do about that and where?

It's not normal for it. It may be lost in this case. I suggest you contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller in time.

This is the tracking number of my package; LY499947779CN. I ordered back in October 19 and I still haven’t received my package yet. It’s been stuck “in transit” for two months? Any ideas?
