Package hasn't moved for 2 weeks

I ordered something from China over a month ago, and for the past 2 weeks, the tracking code has said that my package has "Arrived in the UK". However, the local delivery service has not received it (I double checked), and I have not gotten any notification from customs about any packages getting stuck.
I will be moving overseas in a month, and if the package doesn't arrive before then, I will have no way to collect it. I expected it to arrive by now, as another package sent by the same sender using China Post has already arrived.
