Hi, tracking number CP414310710CN
MY package was sent on May 14th, May 16th it's listed as, in Shanghai, ready for depature.
No movement for almost a month. Trying to work out what's happening? Has it been lost?

The second, I got a call from a Chinese caller, although i only speak English so could not communicate with the caller. I have concern they wanted to ask a question about the package.
