Package hasn’t updated in 30 days

I ordered a package and it was shipped 09/18 but haven’t gotten an update for more than a month now. Is my package still in transit from China to US or something wrong with the shipping. My tracking is EV934193018CN

Hi Janjr22,

Packages sent by EMS is not as fast as before. It takes 20-40 days to reach the USA in normal. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
